Circuit Reply is provided by Ethercircuit Solutions. Circuit Reply helps SMEs respond to WhatsApp pricing enquiries using approved products, services, prices, aliases, FAQs, and business-controlled responses.

We may collect and process the following information when you use Circuit Reply:
- Business account details, including business name, tenant slug, contact details, country, currency, locale, and timezone.
- Admin user details, including names, email addresses, roles, login activity, and authentication information.
- Catalog data, including products, services, prices, descriptions, aliases, FAQs, and approved response wording.
- WhatsApp configuration data required to connect approved WhatsApp Business infrastructure.
- Customer message content and metadata received through WhatsApp, where needed to process enquiries, generate approved replies, keep conversation history, and support diagnostics.
- Usage, readiness, diagnostics, quota, support, and operational logs used to maintain and improve the service.
- Referral or lead information where a customer or partner submits an enquiry.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide WhatsApp pricing automation and business-controlled responses.
- Match customer wording to approved products, services, aliases, and FAQs.
- Send automated WhatsApp replies where your business has configured and approved the response flow.

Circuit Reply may integrate with WhatsApp Business or Meta Business Platform services to receive inbound messages and send approved automated replies. We only use WhatsApp-related data to provide, secure, monitor, and support the Circuit Reply service.
We do not sell WhatsApp message data. We do not use customer WhatsApp conversations for unrelated advertising. Clients remain responsible for making sure their use of WhatsApp, customer data, and automated responses complies with applicable laws and Meta/WhatsApp policies.
5. Sharing Information
We may share limited information with:
- Service providers that help us host, secure, operate, monitor, or support Circuit Reply.
- WhatsApp, Meta, or approved messaging providers where required to deliver WhatsApp functionality.
- Professional advisers, legal authorities, or regulators where required by law or to protect our rights.
- Authorized client contacts when supporting their own tenant, account, catalog, or conversations.
We do not sell personal information or client message data.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support client operations, maintain diagnostics and auditability, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Clients may request deletion or export of tenant data, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational limitations.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but Circuit Reply is designed with tenant isolation, authenticated admin access, operational diagnostics, and controlled support workflows.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, approved, and lawful product, service, price, FAQ, and response data.
- Keeping pricing and business information up to date.
- Obtaining any customer notices, permissions, or consents required for their use of WhatsApp and automation.
- Using Circuit Reply in line with applicable laws and Meta/WhatsApp policies.
- Promptly reporting incorrect responses, unauthorized access, or suspected security issues.
9. Your Rights and Requests
